We form groups by difference/contrast in the room. Aura’s and energy Centers group in different constellations in the room. Aim is to feel and sense the energy:

Emotional – Open/ Defined Solar Plexus – sensing
Projectors – Generators – a poem
Defined G-Open G – assignment with Projectors
Defined Will – Open Will – grouping
Defined Root – Open Root – moving through the room
